Churches and Pastors

As of 2015, the Gospel Association of India has 252 pastors serving in more than 400 churches.

History and Direction

GAI was founded in Andhra Pradesh in south-eastern India. In 1944, soon after Rajaratnam
Bandela (Rev. Yesupadam Bandela’s father) accepted the Lord, he was called to begin the ministry. Today, under Rev. Dr. Yesu Padam Bandela’s leadership, its ministry influence extends to all of India.

Mission and Vision of the Gospel Association of India

The Gospel Association of India exists to give every person in India one fair chance to respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ; to make disciples of the Christian believers; to build a core of Christian leaders; and to extend the love, ministry, and influence of Christ to all of India.

The Gospel Association of India in the United States supports the national ministry in India through fundraising, and by encouraging people from the U.S. to participate in the local and national ministries in India. In the United States, GAI educates Christians about the ministry of GAI and its churches in India, and provides resources for their ministries.
